Brian and Wendy tell the AJAS story.
Well, David, Wendy and I are about to pile into the van with the AJAS booth in the back seat and take a ride down to Atlanta. It’ll be nice to get away from the ice and snow and into some nice weather for a change. I’ll be updating the travel blog with pix of new stuffs at the Expo and tales of fun, excitement and new friends.
We’re moving into a new indoor as well this week, so that’ll be fun. Once the ink is dry on the lease, I’ll post pictars of the new facility and the craziness that will ensue. See you in ATL!
Day 1
So we made it. Drive through the night, slept for a few hours and set up the booth while David wiped the sleep from his eyes. So far, we’ve met some cool people and seen some sweet products.
Day 2
So after rocking the booth like a sleep deprived warrior, we rolled back to the hotel and crashed out. Day 2 rolls around and it’s booth-tacilar. Meet some more cool peeps, talk about the season with the dude from MSXL and CFOA and USPL. there are some slick products for the scenerio kids, and some companies have some nice laser engraving work.
No one has anything earth shattering … Been hanging out with the dude from pinokio and Murder Inc.
Day 3
Well, things are winding down. Had some good chats with Josh and Larry at CFOA and the guy from the chrono place (which is located 10 miles from my house… Bizarre).
The big deal of the day was talking with Gavin from TechPB. As you may remember, TechPB came and interviewed me about AJAS at cup this past year. They’re talking about doing some more cool things this year. I’ll keep you all posted once we hammer out details. Thanks Gavin!
