I played paintball for the first time in months… must be 5-6 months. I loved it but the following night I was tight and very achey. Mon morning I had to ring in sick as I couldnt move and had to go the Doctors for some quick action. He upped my mediciation – Arcoxia from 60mg to 90mg like I used to have. My medication was dropped in dosage as my local doctors lost my medical records so they couldnt give me what I asked for as I could be telling porkies! (British for lies!)
Anyway my documents are through, my Dr could see I was in agony and he quickly issued me with 90mg Arcoxia and 120mg Arcoxia for when I get very stiff and painful. I now have a box of 100 tramadol for pain relief. I started exercise for the first time today. I have done a bit on the punch bag and light weights with some pressups. I feel weak in my core so have alot to catch up on.

Hey brian bud, I’m sorry to hear about your back. I was up late tonight and thinking of everyone on bA, fuse, etc. I have been out of the game, (and had mony hopefull but eventually failing) attempts at return. I really miss everyone and as I do not feel like I will be able to return soon, I would love to come watch you all play. I get that bug every week, and it will never leave. Unfortunatly life has takin ahold of me and I got those pretty little plastic cards to pay off. Hit me up and keep on livin it up brother. Lets hang out sometime I miss everyone.
